WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

If the value of your purchase is less than £150, you will be charged a shipping fee of £4.95 to for prints and £7.95 with frames. International shipping charges will depend on the country and calculated at checkout. If you choose express delivery, you will always be charged a shipping fee of £9.95 and items will be shipped as soon as they have been made.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. Our goal is to dispatch your products no later than the day after you have placed your order. However, as our prints are printed on demand and frames are handcrafted, it can sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to delays at the shipping company or if the workload at our warehouse is unusually high. If you choose express delivery, delivery is normally within 1-3 business days from order date.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please email us immediately at [email protected] However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers’ way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email.

RETURNS

As items are printed per order and frames are made per order we cannot except refunds unless the products are proven faulty. Should your items be faulty please contact us to return order. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected and not returned damaged further.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

If you submitted an order with us, but didn’t receive an order confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at [email protected] to see if we have received an order in your name. We’re happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

CAN I ORDER PRINTS WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?

We may have different options that are not listed on the site please contact us if you don’t see the size you like. We do not print customers’ own designs.

Personalised prints allow you to customise your poster to produce a unique product made specially for you. Choose the design you’re interested in, write the text you want on it, then add it to your shopping cart and complete your purchase. your poster is then printed to order and sent home to you. unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters as they are printed to order.
